Can't rate Simon at Bright Sparks highly enough. His quality of work is first class and his rates are very competitive. One of the only trades people I know who always turns up on time, does the job quickly and efficiently and comes in on budget as promised. Simon has now done work for 3 other family members who have all been delighted.

I was recommended Bright Sparks by my plumber as I needed a Electrical Installation check/certificate for the house that I was selling. Simon returned my call promptly and every communication from him thereafter was the same. He turned up when he said he would; even though my request was at short notice. He and his team at Bright Sparks respected my home, removing shoes as they entered and were very careful as they worked clearing up as they went. Bright Sparks completed the work and also updated the protection within the consumer unit for my circuits within the quoted time. Even when a test fault proved very difficult to locate Simon pragmatically and logically went through checking every circuit until he found the fault; in a heating control circuit board! This he also fixed! Effective, efficient and all round excellent service. I would not hesitate to use them again!!!!!
I had just moved into our new home and I needed an electrician to check the electrics, update the fuse box, install smoke / heat alarms and replace ceiling pendants. Both our neighbours recommended Simon from Bright Sparks. I rang the company and within a few days I had received a quotation and the work was completed a couple of days later. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the service and have no hesitation in recommending the company to others.

Bright Sparks did the electrics for our extension and rewired the rest of the house. Simon did a fantastic job, very conscientious and had lots of useful advice and ideas which made the finished result even better. Would highly recommend him

I had Bright Sparks Electrical out to fit a light fitting in my living room in Bury St Edmunds, Simon managed to detect the problem and correct it with in minutes, A very friendly and polite service I would recommend his company to anyone.
My cooker broke down on Christmas Eve and Simon came out to have a look at it. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went the extra mile to find out the cause of the fault, which he did! I am so thankful to him.
